Leon Hu - Co‑founder

“Leon is a Co‑founder of Blaze Fox. After graduating from Fuzhou University in 2005, he started as an electrical engineer at ABB. From 2006 to 2015, he worked at Alibaba, serving export manufacturers as a Senior Account Manager and Senior HR Manager at Alibaba.com. From 2016 to 2018, Leon joined Anta Group—China’s leading sportswear company—holding senior management roles. Beyond the Anta brand, the group manages multiple renowned outdoor and sports brands. Leon led leadership development programs and managed two factories. From 2019 onward, he served as VP at technology and AI firms until co‑founding Blaze Fox with Matthew in 2023.

Leon often trains with his two sons; at age 10, his elder son cycled over 120 km with him from Xiamen to visit grandparents—growing stronger in body and spirit.

Leon specializes in organizational management, culture building, and HR systems—motivating teams with positive energy and purpose. He is also a passionate outdoorsman: mountaineering, camping, motorcycling, cycling, and paddle boarding. A former badminton enthusiast, he learned the importance of professional protection after severe ligament injuries. Leon hopes Blaze Fox products help protect everyone who loves the outdoors.
